Order Process



Step 1: 

Once inquiry received, we will quote cost for customer.

Cost Composition:

***FOB or CIF or CFR

***Amount USD&&&, per MT

***Payment: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment or others, base on quantity.


Step 2:

Negociate with customer for details,like cost discussing, delivery date, packing way and reconfirm cost.


Step 3:

Confirmed order and sign contract and arrange deposit.



Step 4:

Once get deposit, we will arrange product, or cutting, or slit coil, or No.4 finish,or mirror finish. Every step we can take photo for customer,even packing photo.

If there are any quality issue,we will inform customer and get it solved,or replace with good products, or check with customer if acceptable and ship. We don’t want any issue happened when customer get goods and let us know.

Step 5:

We will provide original factory’s certificate for factory checking and will provide details of shipping document to customer to double check,like packing list, invoice.


Step 6:

Once all done, we will also provide the actural ship date and shipping documents for customer to reconfirm. And customer will final pay balance money.


Ps: we welcome you to come to check quality when process or before shipping. Anything needed, we will do our job to cooperate.


Step 7:

We will inform goods on the container and ready for ship. If any late of vessel because of force majeure, we will inform customer immediately.



Step 8:

After service: if there are any quality problem caused by ourside, we will do our best to get it solved.We are not doing one-time business, we hope to keep business going on for a long time. So we take quality and service as our priority when working.
